Serial Numbers

You can transfer your license to an another computer. When your serial number is tied to the device, you may simply install the driver on the new computer and enter the original serial number. If your serial number is tied to the computer, you will need to file a serial number request to get a serial number for your device on the new computer.

You may need to purchase additional licenses

If you are not transferring your license to a new machine, you may or may not be allowed to use the driver on additional machines without purchasing additional licenses. If you are allowed, and need a serial number, simply file a serial number request with us.
