Why should I have to pay for IOXperts device drivers?

The short answer is that without charging for our work, we could not afford to develop these drivers.

The longer answer is that device manufacturers realize that unless they provide drivers with their hardware, they will be unable to sell devices. Given the realities of development costs, they may choose to develop drivers for Windows, but not the Macintosh. This creates the market niche in which IOXperts lives.

Some device manufacturers license OEM versions of the IOXperts drivers for the Macintosh market. These OEM versions have fewer features than the IOXperts drivers. If you are an OEM and want to license one of our drivers, please contact us by filing a support request, and we'll get in touch.
