How can I obtain a license if I can't use eSellerate?

If you don't have a credit card or eSellerate still doesn't work for some reason, or have some other reason eSellerate doesn't work, you can still purchase a license.

eSellerate doesn't work

Sometimes eSellerate doesn't work for various reasons. Sometimes there are bugs in eSellerate versions that have shipped with our drivers that prevent it from working under certain circumstances. Sometimes an older version of eSellerate won't work correctly with an updated version of the operating system.

Sometimes there are firewall or network issues that prevent it from connecting to the eSellerate server. Please try to resolve them, as eSellerate is the simplest and best way.

Sometimes the demo timeout in our wireless driver interferes with using eSellerate to buy a license for the wireless driver. If this is the case, try using a wired network connection to make your purchase.

PayPal

You can use PayPal to purchase a license and serial number for IOXperts drivers.

First, use eSellerate to determine how much money you need to pay for the driver, but don't enter any credit card information.

Next, use PayPal to send money to sales@ioxperts.com.

Lastly, file a serial number request with a copy of the paypal receipt and the IOXperts unique ID of the device, which is displayed in the first registration dialog.

Institutional or Quantity Orders

If you are a large institution and need to go through a purchasing procedure of some kind, file a support request explaining your situation
and we'll make a arrangement for payment and generation of serial numbers.

If you need to purchase only a few copies, it may be much simpler to use your credit card and deal with reimbursement within your organization.
