When do I need to file a serial number request?

Generally you will need to file a serial number request under the following circumstances.

  • You are transferring your device to another computer and the serial number isn't portable.
  • Your device died and you replaced it with another one supported by the driver.
  • You are using an alternative payment method and need a serial number.
  • You are unable to retrieve your serial numbers from eSellerate using the email address you purchased it with.
  • You need a serial number for a different device, or computer and meet the requirements.
  • You are trying to obtain a free license. (Sorry, we do check our records.)

Email Address Changed

If your email address has changed since you purchased your license via eSellerate, you can file an eSellerate change of address request, and we'll update your contact info at eSellerate.net. Then you can get your serial numbers from eSellerate.
